Sales tracking for teams that sell in DMs

A link sent, a sale collected. And the exact name of who produced it.

Oriva ties every link sent in a private message to the booked call, then to the real payment, all the way to the setter and the closer who produced it. No more numbers the team tells itself between two calls.

From €79/month, sales tracking included. 14-day free trial.

The revenue comes in. Nobody knows who produced it.

A setter sends dozens of links a day. Some prospects click, book a call, buy. Most don't. The problem isn't selling: it's knowing, within the team, who really produces that revenue.

The spreadsheet

Filled in by hand, a week behind, or not filled in at all on a busy Friday night.

Memory

The closer remembers, or doesn't, where the lead came from. The commission gets argued by vibe.

The gap

Between the link sent and the payment collected, part of the pipeline gets lost and nobody knows where.

Every net euro, tied to a name.

Sales tracking applies to selling in DMs the same principle Oriva already applies to e-commerce tracking: tying every euro to its real source, on the server side, instead of guessing.

The same path as today, but traced end to end

  1. S01

The setter sends an Oriva link

Short, dropped into an Instagram or WhatsApp conversation, exactly like usual.

    go.tamarque.fr/sarah
  2. 02

    The prospect clicks

Oriva captures the device used and the delay before the click, a real intent signal.

    42 s after sending
  3. 03

    They book a call

Through Calendly or Cal.com, without changing anything about how you take bookings today.

    Booked
  4. 04

    The call happens, or not

The no-show is counted, not swept under the rug. A step of the path like any other.

    HeldNo-show
  5. 05

The payment goes through Stripe or Whop

As soon as it arrives, Oriva sees it. A Stripe refund is deducted automatically, on Whop not yet.

  6. 06

The revenue goes up to the right person

Setter and closer credited automatically, net of refunds. No manual entry.

No artificial intelligence, no magic scoring in all this: webhooks, an attribution logic, and a figure that comes out right.

  • A leaderboard per person

The money actually collected by each setter and each closer, refunds removed.

  • A funnel, from link to payment

Links sent, clicks, bookings made, shown up, paid. The weakest step jumps out.

  • The send → click delay

A prospect who clicks within the minute isn't the one who clicks three days later. You see it for each setter.

What it doesn't do yet

Four real limits, not buried in the fine print.

  • CalendlyBookingsLinked to the click
  • Cal.comBookingsLinked by email, partial
  • StripePaymentRefunds deducted
  • WhopPaymentRefunds not deducted yet
  • Cal.com: partially, for now

Cal.com doesn't document where it returns the origin of the click. The link between booking and click goes through the prospect's email, which misses someone who books with another address. If Calendly is an option for you, attribution there is more reliable today.

  • Whop: refunds not deducted yet

A refunded sale on Whop stays counted in the figure.

  • Links are created by the admin

A setter doesn't create their own link yet: they receive one, use it, and see their figure appear in the leaderboard.

  • No separate billing

Included in any Oriva plan, from €79/month (Starter). No extra subscription to create, can be activated in a few minutes from your account.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost?

From €79/month, the price of the Oriva Starter plan (14-day free trial). Sales tracking is included in that price, as in the Pro and Agency plans: nothing extra to pay to activate it.

I use Calendly, how does it work?

The Calendly webhook is connected and checked against its current documentation. As soon as a prospect books a call, the event comes through automatically, tied to the link that produced it.

And if I use Cal.com?

Honestly, partially for now. Cal.com doesn't document where it returns the original click, so the link between the booking and the click goes through the prospect's email, which misses someone who books with another address. If Calendly suits you, attribution there is more reliable right now.

How is the payment tied to the right person?

Through Stripe or Whop, connected directly to your account. As soon as a payment arrives, Oriva ties it to the link it came from, so to the setter, and to the person who got it signed, the closer, with Stripe refunds removed from the figure shown.

Can my setters create their own links?

Not yet. Creating links is reserved for the account admin for now. A setter receives their link, uses it, and their figure appears in the leaderboard without anything to set up.

Are my prospects tracked without their consent?

No. Tracking only activates with the visitor's consent, on infrastructure hosted in Europe, like the rest of Oriva.

Finally know who produces your revenue.

Not in three months: starting with your next sale. Activate sales tracking from your Oriva account, connect Calendly or Cal.com, Stripe or Whop, and watch the leaderboard fill up by itself.
