Track your Wix sales from the server

1. Install the app from the Wix App Market, on the site to track.
2. Create your Oriva account from the app, in one click: it uses the site owner's address. If you already have an Oriva account, choose "I already have an account": you confirm on orivaforge.com which domain to link.
3. Connect a platform in Oriva (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads or OpenAI). The Wix app shows how far your setup is.

No DNS change: tracking on a Wix site goes through an address shared by Oriva, so there is no subdomain to create.

Page views, product views, add to cart, checkout starts, purchases, leads and sign-ups. Only purchases, leads and sign-ups are sent to the advertising platforms as conversions. Add to cart and checkout starts only go there if you tick the option on the destination. A purchase carries the Wix order number, so refreshing the confirmation page does not count it twice.

Wix only loads Oriva's script if the visitor has accepted advertising cookies in your site's banner. Without consent, nothing is tracked and nothing is sent to the platforms. You have nothing to code for this, but your site must show a cookie banner (Wix's own is enough).

You choose a plan in the app and Wix bills it: you find it in your Wix account's payments and manage it there, like your other apps. Wix also handles the 14-day free trial. The plans and their prices are shown in the app, before you commit. There is no Agency plan through Wix: a Wix subscription is tied to one site.

• It does not send the buyer's email or phone. Wix's purchase event does not carry them. Matching to the ad relies on the click ID and the platforms' cookies.
• It does not trigger affiliate postbacks. To protect your commissions, a postback only goes out for a sale sent by your server. If you pay affiliates, also send your sales through the server API.
• It sends nothing until a platform is connected in Oriva. The app tracks, Oriva delivers.

Uninstall it from your Wix site's app management: the script disappears from the site. Wix sends no deletion request to apps, so your data stays in Oriva for the length of your plan. To erase it sooner, use the erasure in the domain's settings, or write to us.
