Recover the sales the browser makes disappear
Part of your sales never reaches Meta, TikTok, Google Ads or OpenAI. The sale did happen, but the ad platform's pixel couldn't report it: ad blocker, limited cookies, a confirmation page where the pixel no longer runs. The platform then optimizes without it. Oriva passes your sales to the ad platforms from a server, instead of counting on their pixel in the browser.
Where do sales get lost?
- Ad blockers block the ad platforms' pixels: the EasyPrivacy list, active by default in uBlock Origin, blocks the Meta pixel script, the TikTok pixel script and Google Ads conversion tracking.
- Confirmation pages: on Shopify, since August 26, 2026, no added script runs there anymore.
- Cookies limited by the browser: the click ID that ties the sale to the ad gets lost.
Why it costs you
A sale the ad platform doesn't see is a buyer its algorithm learns nothing from: it shows your ads less to people who look like them. According to Meta, sending web events through the Conversions API cuts the cost per result by 17.8% on average.
How Oriva gets them back
- A script served from your own domain, far less exposed to blocking lists than an ad platform's pixel, with no absolute guarantee.
- The Shopify pixel for the purchase, where scripts no longer run.
- The server API: the sale leaves your backend, and the browser is no longer involved at all. It's the only path that loses nothing on the browser side.
Then Oriva sends each sale from the server to each ad platform, for example to Meta through the Conversions API, without ever sending it twice.
What about consent?
Recovering a sale doesn't mean bypassing the visitor's choice. Without their consent to advertising, Oriva sends nothing to the ad platforms: what it recovers are the sales the browser lost even though the visitor had agreed.
