For Shopify and WooCommerce merchants
Your store counts 40 sales, Meta only sees 25. Oriva tracks every order on your own domain, sends it from the server to Meta, TikTok, Google Ads and OpenAI, and shows you what really reached each platform. No data team, no Google Tag Manager to configure.
Why Meta and your store don't count the same
Meta also counts sales after a mere ad view, and estimated conversions. Google ties a sale to the day of the click, TikTok to the day the ad was seen. And part of your sales never reaches the platforms, blocked in the browser. Oriva only counts the sales it observed, and puts the two figures side by side so you understand the gap instead of putting up with it.
On Shopify, since August 26
Shopify no longer runs scripts on the order confirmation page. Oriva gives you a ready-to-paste custom pixel to report every purchase. Our guide explains what changed and how to check it.
On WooCommerce
A script in the header and a short PHP snippet to paste: every order goes out with its amount and its reference. A declined payment is never sent.
What you see once it's connected
- Revenue, spend and ROAS by day and by campaign. Spend is entered by hand.
- A Health tab that tells you, destination by destination, whether your sales are arriving.
- A signal when tracking stops, for example after a theme change that removed the script.
Watch out for double counting
If Shopify's official Facebook & Instagram app already sends your purchases to Meta from the server, don't also add a Meta destination in Oriva: nothing guarantees Meta matches the two sends. Keep Oriva for TikTok, Google Ads, OpenAI and measurement.
What Oriva doesn't do
- No one-click Shopify app to install yet: you paste a script and a pixel.
- No product analytics (average order value, loyalty, cohorts): Oriva measures what your ads bring in, not your customers.
