Partner program terms
This is an English translation of the program's terms. The French version is the binding one: Conditions du programme partenaires.
In force as of September 30, 2026. They apply between you and Oriva ("Oriva") as soon as you join the program from your partner space. The summary is on the Affiliate program page.
1. Who can take part
Anyone of legal age, individual or company, who has an Oriva account. You do not need to be an Oriva customer. Signing up is free and there is no application: you choose the name of your link and accept these terms. That name cannot be changed afterwards.
2. What you earn
30% of the amount each customer you bring pays, excluding tax, after discounts and credits, on each of their payments, as long as they stay subscribed. If your customer changes plan, your commission follows what they pay. The rate in force the day you join the program stays yours: a later drop in the public rate does not apply to you.
Tiers: once 10 of your customers have paid at least once, you earn 35% of each later payment from all your customers, including the ones you brought before; from 25, 40%. A customer counts from their first payment and keeps counting if they cancel or delete their account. They do not count if all their payments were refunded or disputed. Each commission keeps the rate in force on the day of the payment: reaching a tier does not change commissions already recorded.
3. Who counts as your customer
A new Oriva account, created by someone other than you, after a click on your link, if the visitor accepted the "Partner program" cookie of our site's banner, within 60 days of that click. That choice is offered in the cookie banner of the French site, where partner links land: the program is run in French, so the English banner has no such category.
Among several links, the last one clicked wins. An account that existed before the click does not count. Once attached to you, a customer stays attached for good. If they had not started their trial yet, they get 21 days of trial instead of 14, at the same price. Without the visitor's agreement, your link is neither read nor kept: this is the rule set by the CNIL, France's data protection authority, for affiliate links, and a visitor who declines is attached to no one. If a customer came through your link without the cookie having been accepted, write to us: Oriva may attach them by hand, when the proof is clear, without being bound to.
4. Validation and refunds
Each commission is validated 30 days after your customer's payment. A refund or a bank dispute cancels the commission by the amount concerned. If it happens after the commission was paid out, that amount is deducted from your later commissions.
5. Payouts
On the 10th of each month, Oriva pays you the validated commissions, as soon as their total reaches €50. Below that, it rolls over to the next month. The payout is made in euros, by bank transfer (SEPA) or PayPal, to the details you saved in your partner space. You are responsible for their accuracy. Any fees from your bank or from PayPal are yours to bear.
6. What is forbidden
- Creating an account yourself with your own link, or having fake accounts created.
- Posting your link on a promo-code or deals site.
- Buying ads on the words “Oriva” or “orivaforge”, or their variants, in search engines.
- Presenting yourself as Oriva, or suggesting an offer or a discount that does not exist.
- Sending unsolicited messages (emails, mass private messages, automated comments).
- Promising results Oriva does not guarantee.
- Placing your link without a deliberate click from the visitor (hidden redirect, forced window).
In case of a breach, Oriva may suspend your partner account and cancel the commissions obtained that way. A suspension stops new commissions.
7. Your partner space and your data
You see your clicks (those of visitors who accepted the cookie), your signups, the state of each of your customers, your commissions and your payouts. You never see your customers' name, address or site. Your payout details are encrypted and are never shown in full again. Commissions and payouts are kept for 10 years (an accounting obligation). The details are in the privacy policy.
8. Taxes
Commissions are income: it is up to you to declare them according to your country and your status. If you invoice as a company, enter your SIRET (the French company number) or your VAT number in your partner space: it appears on your commission statements.
9. Changes and ending
Oriva may change these terms by telling you by email at least 30 days ahead. You can leave the program at any time by writing to us: your commissions already validated are paid out with the next payout, even below the €50 threshold. Deleting your Oriva account erases your payout details: ask for your balance to be paid out first. If Oriva ends the program, the commissions validated on that date are paid out to you.
